Flexpay has taken most of my money and canceled my order
I need the funds to be replaced to my account immediately. Your business is a scam and if this situation is not rectified immediately I’m going to the BBB. Unbelievable.
We’re truly sorry that your order was canceled, @sunctjk1 When an order is placed, we do authorize the payment amount with your financial institution where a hold is then placed. If the order is canceled, the hold will usually be released within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. In this case, I’ve reviewed the hold and it was requested to be released on 10/26. You should see those funds back in your balance within 72 hours.
