Flexpay Denied Money still gone that I need back asap

I have over 500.00 in limbo after flexpay orders got denied that I need back asap I know they haven’t been released because this happened with a shoe company the other day they released the charges and I had my money back in minutes the charges are still pending and I want them released so I can get my money back.

@brandy19842 I am so sorry your funds weren’t released more quickly. I checked, and the reverse authorization was put through on 12-22. It should be back on your card within 72 business hours, but ultimately it falls on your financial institution.
