Flexipay
Wish I would looked here or looked up this scam site. I more than qualified for flex pay. Of course was rejected. I thought no big deal maybe I can try a different item and see if I can qualify for that . Rejected me. I get and email that they a delivering the two items I tried to qualify for flex pay for. I thought how odd I checked my bank and I had pending charges. So I went to the order and cancelled. I spoke with a representative that then claimed that flex pay even if your rejected they place a hold on your card for the flex pay amount. You don’t charge people card at all let alone place a hold on their card. Especially if rejected.approved yes but rejected no. My bank is now saying HSN has not sent a refund to my account. And my account will saying pending until the refund me. I have the cancellation email. But no email from HSN in regards to refunding or anything about them sending a refund to my bank. Stole $500 dollars from me.

I am very sorry that this has caused such concern, @pand12. I can see that we have already initiated the reverse authorizations. When an order is first submitted, the cost of the order (or the first FlexPay installment) is immediately set aside from the balance of your card – by your card holder – for the pending purchase. Once the order has been canceled, we immediately notify your financial institution. However, the reserved funds are typically released by your card holder within 3 – 7 Business Days.
I would like to clarify that no money has been sent to us for this order. Money is only sent to us once an order ships out. It is your bank holding the funds at this time. I recommend reaching out to your card issuer to see how long they will hold the funds.
