Flex pay
All I can say is thank you for not verifying with my HSN card payments that I made on my Visa. Now I have to start a new dispute! I have sent Synchrony bank copies of my visa statements I am so stressed out right now! You should not allow people to change their payment method! If you are not going to let Sychrony bank know that payments have been made by a different payment method. Great customer service HSN.I thought you were an honest company. Not anymore. If you don’t cooperate with these disputes, I will have to dispute them with my visa card. It’s not a small amount. It’s about 30 transactions. I’m disgusted! You lied to me on a three-way call. I hope you will work with Sychrony bank this time!!!

Hi @donahda, I am sorry to hear of your experience. If you pay your FlexPay with a Visa, we wouldn’t notify Synchrony Bank because they have nothing to do with a charge to a different credit card for another financial institution.
You can send us an email at HSNSocialCare@hsn.com to discuss your concern. If you do send us an email, please provide us with details such as order numbers and what FlexPays you paid with your visa.

I paid off my HSN credit card. I don’t want it to hurt my very high credit score. Krissy said above that my HSN card was not notified of my visa payments. I paid at least 30 transactions with my Visa. I have not been reimbursed. I paid for these items twice! I made copies before the flex pay history was taken down. The balance was zero. Please let me know what you (HSN) are going to do to help me. I have to use a walker to get anywhere. I would appreciate you looking into this for me.

Where should I send paperwork? To HSN. I have already mailed it to my HSN card. These disputes started May 23rd. I received no help at all from HSN. The Synchrony bank card knows I was double billed. They should have my paperwork the middle of this week. You can’t look up payments made to my Visa card??? If you aren’t going to notify the HSN card why on earth would you let someone change a payment????? I am so mad right now. I have over $1000 paid twice!!! I believe it happens often but isn’t picked up if it’s a few charges. I’m sure it happened to me before. When it’s at least 30 transactions I noticed it & reported it to HSN & the HSN card. Please look into this! Thank you,

I’ll be printing this & sending it to HSN. It’s just not right & I have been lied to so many times. You know that the HSN card won’t be notified. That just says it all. I will make copies tomorrow & get them sent out.

Synchrony bank was no help at all. I do not understand how my flexpay with HSN & my HSN card could be over a thousand dollars different. I changed my payment method to my visa. HSN got paid. I know I paid twice for quite a few items. I am not happy. I have been ill. I will have to sit down and start filing disputes. I did pay the card off so I would not have my very good credit ruined.
