Flex pay
Your system allowed me to change credit cards on my flex pays & “charge now”. I did that & I was still charged on my HSN credit card for orders with a zero balance. If your system allows you to change cards it should not let your HSN card charge it too when the balance is down to zero. I don’t know if it’s on purpose or just a major flaw in your system. I will never use flex pay again! Now I am paying interest on something I paid in full. I won’t make payments when my HSN card owes me refunds.

We’re truly sorry that not all of your Flexpay Payments were updated to a new credit card. I understand your concern, @donahda. When updating these payments online, you need to either select the individual payments to update or “Apply to all, ” ensuring only the payments, you want, are updated. I will be calling later today. I was trying to make sure everything was paid before I have surgery. This has caused me a lot of anxiety. I think I have 26 visa payments. I really do need help with it.

I am out almost $900.00 that was charged to my visa & hsn card. I need to know exactly what you need from me to recoup some of it if I can. I am having a hard time figuring it out. Please tell me what exactly I need to do. I am so stressed over this. I will try to make sense of it. I did print out all of my transactions that showed a zero balance. Unfortunately, the dates that I paid show on my HSN statement don’t match when I paid on my visa. I am going to have to sit down & figure it all out. I just don’t understand why your system accepts payments on my hsn card when a zero balance was showing. This should not have happened. Thank you, Donna

I spoke with customer service today & I will have to figure out why HSN says I owe $399.98 & Synchrony bank says I owe 1334.07. I called Synchrony & I will dispute the charges. No need to mail statements. I have everything printed out. I will never use flex pay again! I will be looking for the charges that were charged to my visa & my HSN card. The person I spoke with was very nice & said I can do a dispute over the phone. Thanks anyway. Donna

I was told to call 800-933-2887. I did & they would not even listen to my problem. Synchrony bank is not showing payments made with my visa card. Apparently when I changed cards to charge my visa instead of Synchrony bank none of my payments made with my visa are showing. Everything according to HSN is paid. So they have received payments from my visa & my HSN card. I will be calling Synchrony bank when I am alone. I will never use my hsn card again. I will never do a flex pay either. HSN has a big flaw in their system. My flexpay says everything due is paid! Synchrony has me owing more than $900.00!!! Check your statements carefully. I was sick in March & April & just figured it out when I looked at my May bill.

I finally got through to Synchrony bank & they did a 3 way call with me & HSN. They are doing the dispute & the HSN customer service rep. confirmed that my charges on my visa were never given to Synchrony bank. Why, I don’t know. I will never use flex pay again.

I am having anxiety with this mess of having my visa & HSN card charged for the same flex pays. I think you should not allow customers to change cards. I wonder how many people have done this & not noticed that they were double billed? I know I must have when it was one or two items. I don’t know if I will ever get my money back. It’s not a small amount! I love HSN for their tall pants & jeans & beauty items. Love their cookware, but I will be using just my visa from now on. And not on flex pay!

I reported what was going on May 23, 2023. Some orders are in dispute but not all. I did send a complete list to Synchrony HSN credit card. This is a nightmare!!!
