
Flex pay took my money
I put an order in and was denied. Although it didn’t tell me I was denied. I just got an email stating the order was cancelled so I tried it multiple times. Now I have multiple transactions that need to be refunded to me ASAP. I called customer service but have not received the refunds. I need this issue resolved ASAP!

@cj882, I’m very sorry to see we weren’t able to process your orders on FlexPay. Please know this does not mean you won’t be eligible for FlexPay orders in the future. You should receive a letter in the mail with more information on why were unable to process your order in about 10 business days. I looked at your orders and we’re already in the process of sending reverse authorizations over to your bank. Please know it can take up to 3-5 business days for your bank to release these holds depending on their policy.
