FLEX PAY ORDER DECLINED BUT HSN CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD ANYWAY
I HAVE BEEN WITH THESE SHOPPING CHANNELS (HSN) FOR DECADES AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN DENIED A FLEX PAY ORDER. ADDING INSULT TO IJURY, HSN CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE AMOUNTING TO MORE THAN HALF THE TOTAL COST OF THE ITEM I WAS TRYING TO BUY.
WHAT IN THE BLEEP IS GOING ON HERE?

Hi @senza. It’s understanding to be disappointed when your funds are in question. I certainly share in your frustrations, and I am very sorry for these concerns. When an order is cancelled the pending authorization is reversed with 3-7 business days. This timeframe depends on your banks individual policies. If you do not show the funds released by this time, please reach out to your bank to find out more. We truly appreciate your patience and hope this information is helpful.

I contacted my bank today and they told me the charges for the canceled order did post and HSN did get paid for an order they canceled and I won’t be receiving a product for.
My bank opened a fraud inquiry on their own and sent a demand for the return of payments to HSN.
It’s 2025 and all of these companies claim to be operating with cutting-edge technology so how does something like this happen – it seems like it was intentional.
Did some investigations looks like HSN is on the cutting block and will either be rolled into QVC or joining ShopHQ in bankruptcy.
Whatever is going on, it’s not right to offer items for sale that can’t be delivered and it’s worse to keep your customers funds.
Getting robbed is not a good feeling, I don’t know if anyone else will see this post but BUYER BEWARE

Hi @senza
I’m sorry for the headache with your two orders! You’ll receive a letter in the mail explaining the reason the orders had to be canceled. The charges you see are pending charges. They will not post to your bank account, and we will not collect any payment.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may cause.
We do recommend you remove your order numbers from your post as that is sensitive information. We’re able to locate your orders because your nickname is tied to your account.

Thanks for the response Joel, I’m not seeing an option to edit my comment; you may remove the order numbers or delete the comment at your discretion.
