
Flex pay denied
I placed on item for purchase through flex pay and after hitting submit order, the amount was IMMEDIATELY taken out of my account but then I was notified that I was denied flex pay…How do I get this payment refunded for an item that I won’t be getting now?

Hi @bravowiff, I have posted a response to another comment you made about this concern. It shows our system had sent an electronic request to your financial institution, so the funds becoming available is dependent upon their release of funds policy.
