Flex pay denied took my money

I tried to place an order for apple MacBook and was denied both times but still took out my money $241.00×2 this is my daughter Christmas money please send electronic requests for the authorizations to be reversed ASAP now I’m gonna be out of luck ordering and finding her a MacBook online. This isn’t right smh

I have gone ahead and reversed the preauthorization and the funds will be released according to your bank’s policies.
