I was denied flex pay and with out my permission you took not only the flex pay amount but also the full amount that I did not authorize! I will be contacting FTC and contacting a class action lawsuit lawyer. This is illegal! You cannot hold funds for a payment plan that was denied and then without telling the customer charge the full amount! I want my money back now! No where in the terms and conditions does it state if your denied we will authorize for full amount or that the pre approval amount will be held before you are approved! You have done this to numerous people and who knows what type of damage you have caused others with locking up money they need! Anyone who would like to get information and join me with proceeding with a class action please reply to exchange contact information.HSN you took food bill and gas money that I needed for this week and have put me in a terrible situation! You can’t do this to people it is unethical!

It looks like our system has already sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization and the time frame as to when the funds become available is dependent upon their release of funds policy.
