Flex pay denied but still charged my card
I was attempting to buy the xbox and game on the black friday special price and was told my request was denied. When I look at my bank, it shows hsn charged the full amount of tax for the order I won’t be getting. I want this refunded.

I’m sorry to hear that your order was denied, @jaybabbay. When you place an order we authorize the funds with your bank, but we do not actually take it. If the order is canceled, we then notify the bank we no longer need those funds and they release them. It is all an automatic system that generally takes most banks 72 business hours. Please know that just because flexpay was denied for this order it doesn’t mean you won’t be eligible for future orders.
