Flex Pay Denied but payment drafted
I am furious that my flex pay was denied but my account was still charged. If someone is not eligible for flex pay, then their card should not be charged. I want my fund released on my card asap or I will be contacting the BBB.

I’m truly sorry that your Vacuum was canceled, @issac94! I understand your frustration and would like to help. Rest assured, we have not taken the funds from your account. When an order is placed, we authorize your account. When your bank sees this, they place an authorization hold on those funds to allow for the order to be processed and sent. I’ve requested the hold be released. You should see these funds back in your account within 72 hours.
