Flex pay denied after taking money!!! SCAMM
What a scam to deny someone after taking the funds right before Christmas. It took you less than 5 seconds to take my money yet you are still holding on to it. No social entered or anything so how would you know I’m not qualified for flex pay. It’s right before Christmas and now I can’t buy anything else due to your fraudulent activities. I will be contacting corporate! SEND ME MY MONEY!!!!!!

I am sorry to hear that your order was canceled and the inconvenience that the authorization is causing on your account, @tayharmony14. I took a look and our system has sent an electronic request to have the authorization released. The time frame as to when the funds become available is dependent upon your financial institutions release of funds process & policy.
