Flex pay denied 7 days ago and pending charge still there!!
Last Saturday 12/16 I attempted to make a purchase on flex pay for $226 and was denied. That is fine, I understand my credit isnt the greatest. But why in the world was my debit card still charged? Why in the world is it day 7 and still hasn’t cleared? Then I start researching and it appears HSN DOES THIS ALL THE TIME!! Like I need those funds for Christmas. They keep saying they sent over an authorization release which is pure lies because I reached out to my bank which always releases payments early to my account. This is beyond ridiculous that HSN even authorizes a charge when it is going to decline the transaction.

Absolutely not. I’ve already reached out to you guys several times already and you have been absolutely no help. On top of that you guys are really condescending as in your interactions with customers. You guys just make these responses to try to come across that you care about your customers.
