Flex Denied, still charged.
Hello, my flex pay was denied for a purchase tonight and I was still charged. No email for an order confirmation of anything. Please fix this. I know I am not the only one this has happened to.

I’ve sent an electronic request to your financial institution to have it released. The time frame on when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
