I use the app to shop with. It will not let me click on the color options for clothing.Please fix it. It started malfunctioning this week!

  Apple I Phone 12 , also it didn’t work on my Apple I pad. If I use the website on an hp windows it works. It just started that last week. Also the videos on the shows presented are not moving
