DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! I received this product, horrible instructions, the quality of this item is not even worth $50.00 much less $250.00. I tried to write a review on my purchase but it would not allow me to do it.
This equipment is the worst buy I have ever done. Don’t know why I believed the infomercial (which all HSN is). I do not turn the channel on anymore.
I cannot return this product to get my money back because I need to spend another hour to try to pull it apart. Nor do I have a box big enough. To be honest the return does not constitute a box, since it is made so cheap.
I have had no luck on the chat either, obviously every remark I made they were replying with whatever is in their customer handbook. Their replies just me off even more. I am at a loss. Shame on you HSN!!!!!

@nina338, I’m sorry to see you’re not happy with your purchase. I’m also sorry to see you weren’t able to leave a review for this order. I know you have to wait at least 5 days after the order date to leave a review so try again and let me know what happens and we can get to the bottom of that. I see this item comes with an EZ Return Label but you will need to disassemble to the best of your ability. It would also need to be shipped back in a box. The one it came in would be ideal but we understand if that one is no longer available. I’m sorry for this inconvenience but it’s necessary to help ensure we receive all of the pieces of this order back.

Unacceptable. And it still will not let me write a review. I do not have an EX return label. Nor am I going out to buy a box to ship this horrible product back to you. If I can’t write review here I will have to go to social media and let people know what a terrible product this is and overpriced for the quality of it.
