First and Last Purchase
What I cannot even begin to fathom is how or why I am “ineligible” for FlexPay although I have more than sufficient funds in my account, my order was CANCELLED by HSN, and yet my debit card was STILL charged.
I was so excited to purchase a new computer to replace my old one and made the atrocious mistake of choosing HSN. This was my first and last time shopping here. Disgusting.

@mani88, I’m sorry to see we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay. Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be eligible for FlexPay orders in the future. I don’t have the specifics, but you’ll receive a letter in 7-10 business days with more details. Since the order was cancelled, you’re seeing an authorization hold for the amount we planned on taking. This charge will show as pending and will normally fall off in 3-5 business days depending on your banks policy.

There will be no FlexPay orders in the future. I will not be shopping with HSN again.
