Fire 10" tablet – Silk Browser
Current videos play with CC caption. Picture no video. Even tried turning off CC but still no video. I’m not going to read. I want to see, hear, and watch. When will HSN fix.

Thank you for letting us know the problem has persisted. I reached out to our IT department again for a status update. Knowing the device and browser is very helpful and I hope it is resolved very soon.
