Favorites gone again

Why do you keep deleting my Favorites list and my saved stuff in my cart? This is ridiculous. I make a good list of things I might want in the near future and you guys keep wiping it out to 0. This happens all the time and I am sick of it. And it is not stuff that has been taken off the website either.

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. HAD A LARGE LIST SAVED TO ORDER ON CRAFT DAY AND POOF GONE

I agree with you sunflowerj. What’s the point in having Favorites if it’s going to be deleted.

Thank you for responding. I mostly add items from the Craft category such as Crafters Companion items. Of course, I can re add the things I can find again, but some things I saved that I can’t remember the name of. I may as well just make my own list on my computer because your Favorites list does not work. It so much easier just to look at the Favorites list to see if things are still available, or sold out or its something I need to order when the quantity is low. The most important feature of the Favorites list is when something going out of stock it will send you an alert when it comes back in stock. It even says that at the top of the Favorites page. If you’re going to dump my list all the time there is no point in saving anything.

@sunflowerj, I’m sorry to see this continues to happen to you. Please remember that things placed in your cart are not saved. Can you share some of the items that are missing from your favorites list? Are you able to add them again?
