Extremely slow Shipping!!!!!!!!
I ordered on January 9th, Order#********** and ********** and STILL AFTER 4 DAYS IT’S STILL NOT SHIPPED!!!! Just talk to Dean at customer service She said well you have 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE IT!! WHAT!!! 10 DAYS NOW for just shipping??!!. IT’S NOT EVEN SHIPPED YET AFTER 4 DAYS!!!. I have been with HSN for years as an antique customer, spent $THOUSANDS of dollars, but I think it’s time for a change. I ordered Andrew’s product, received in 9 days, yet I ordered from Andrew directly another product the same day and received it in 4 days. INTERESTING RIGHT?. Today, HSN CS rep didn’t even apologies, !!!!! I’m VERY UNHAPPY WITH HSN SERVICE/SHIPPING DEPARTMENT. What’s going on!!!

I’m truly sorry you are frustrated @lady81. I see your orders are at the warehouse preparing to ship. There is an estimated delivery date of January 19th. As soon as they ship, you will receive an email with tracking information.
