Hi, @marianb930. Extended delivery is when any item will not arrive within the normal 3-to-5-day time frame. Due to the popularity of Curtis Stone’s products, we needed to have some replenished so we can send them out to you. We always do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

In looking at your account, I see that you ordered three CS items on 7/27, and two of them are expected to arrive by 8/5. The third item from that day is expected to reach you by 8/8, three days later than the others. It’s the same for the lid ordered on 7/30, with the expected arrival by 8/19.24.
