EXTENDED DELIVERY AGAIN, HSN SYSTEM HAS A GLITCH
On May 3,20 I ordered 3 TS item from Andrew in the morning.
I was able to place an order online with no problem, NOT Shown anything about items been on extended delivery.
Yet, again next day I checked my order status, ALL 3 ITEM SHOWN EXTENDED DELIVERY.
THE 3 ORDER# 1663252273,1663250574, 1663250575.
This is not a first time the HSN system have a glitch and not a first time I called about this.
Please, don’t try to tell me or explain to me about extended delivery, I know all about it.
But it’s just absolutely ridiculous that the system does not recognize when each order was placed.
It looks like I can’t even order Andrew product from HSN.
next time I’ll order directly from them,
Please tell the IT department to look into this and fix it.
WHEN AN ITEM IS ON EXTENDED DELIVERY, IT’S SHOWING BEFORE WE “ADD TO BAG”
SO WE’RE AWARE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
WELL, MY 3 ORDER WAS NOT SHOWING THIS.
I also contacted Procaps. about this. I know it’s not there system, but Andrew needs to know about HSN’s flaw in the system
WHAT KINDS OF HSN CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE IF THEY DON’T EVEN REPLY TO CUSTOMER CONCERNS.
