
Express Pay
Express Pay function does not work when the system forces the user to select or not select insurance coverage, the system will only put the item in our cart – not take us directly to express pay. Trying to force us to buy the insurance is not going to work. When I cannot bypass the insurance option I then have to call to place my order to be able to turn down the insurance and just buy the one item.
PLEASE FIX THIS. It is now making the ordering process take much longer when I cannot do it on line.

I am so sorry that the HSN Protection Plan was causing a glitch with the Express Buy feature. I can assure you we do not want you to feel forced to take a protection plan if you do not want it. Normally, you have the option to add or remove the protection plan before you click “express buy,” and after, while you’re viewing your cart. I checked and it appears to be working normally now. If this happens again, please take screenshots and send them to us at HSNSocialCare@hsn.com. We’ll help troubleshoot.
