EXCHANGE of item- new ? or what ?
so this weekend when online checking my autoship status stuff i noticed an xchange choice on a recent order for korres lip oil & korres body cr. odd because i have never seen xchange choice on hsn before. AND when i had asked previously about changing scent on a korres autoship was told they don’t allow scent change on autoships. figured it was something new so i clicked on the xchange choice for the lip oil just to see if perhaps it was allowing xchange for a diff korres lip oil. there was no other page appearing for me to put in any info or providing any info. then get an email saying ‘order has shipped’ & i now have an additional lip oil coming at zero chg. WHY? CS says-oh,this has been in effect for SOME products for 2yrs now & even tho there is no ‘different’ choice to make for an xchange hsn ‘assumes’ there was something wrong with the initial item shipped since i clicked xchange. AND WHEN I SEND BACK the supposed damaged item with their label it will charge me 7.95 to return the supposed damaged item. REALLY? Jeez,,, i didn’t need it xchanged & can send this small item with my own postage in small evelope SO I DON”T get dup chg for something i didn’t even WANT. don’t need this hassle. i assumed it was similar to qvc xchange policy/choices which is why i clicked on it in the first place. Is this new? or have i just been not noticing it before

Hi @rubybl, the option for doing an online exchange has been in place for quite some time. It allows our customers who frequently use HSN.com to request an exchange without giving our Customer Service a call.
