Exchange button missing..

What happened to the Exchange button on the Order Status page? I want to exchange something and can’t. Noticed it was missing yesterday and thought it was a temporary mishap but still no Exchange button today.

If there is a Customer Service rep out there, I’d like an answer to a simple question. What happened to the Exchange button on the Order Status page?
