Error message
Hi, I have been receiving the same error message when I reach the checkout page. “Unfortunately, there was an error processing your request. Please try again or call customer service for assistance.” I don’t want to have to call customer service every time I need to place an order. Can someone please help?

I’m sorry the site was giving you trouble when you tried to place an order! I can definitely understand not wanting to call each time. I was able to take a look at your account, and I do see a recent order was just placed today. Has the checkout issue subsided?
All signs on our end indicate the trouble earlier has been rectified. Please let us know if the issue is still occurring—we can always take another look.
