Enough..
I received a package today with the return receipt and label crumbled up in the bag unable to use if I want to return the package. In fact, I do want to return the package bc the item received was obviously a return as it too was just thrown in a plastic bag not folded neatly either. I will use your free exchange option and request a new not worn item. And I’m not happy about this.
