Email Problems
Hello,
I have not been getting email from HSN for a while now. Also, when I go to my account….no orders….past or present are showing. I can’t see any information in regards to payment either. What should I do?

After reviewing your account, I see that you have two accounts in our system with two different email addresses and phone numbers. If you update the information online so the accounts match, they will link automatically and you’ll be able to see the orders and your account.
