Email from HSN offering $10.00 coupon.
I received an email from HSN offering me a $10.00 coupon, yet also stated that if I didn’t purchase something soon they were going to close my account. I shop with HSN frequently, order items multiple times a week and have spent lots of money with HSN and was appalled when I received this email. Is this how your long-time customers who have supported you over the years always get treated? Anyone else experiencing this? No one should be threatened to buy something or have their account closed when they are already a frequent shopper.
