    Your customer service is terrible.  I need to change my zip code and make a payment. FOR 100.00 Your phone says it is available 24/7.  That is a lie.  No one is available.  Your message says I have No more credit. That is also a LIE.  I have 1,000.00 credit line.  I cannot even pay online because my correct username and password does not go through because your system is haywire,I am really tired of the run around.  It is MISERY every single month trying to make a payment to you people.  You even have my correct USBANK routing number and bank account number, but you still fail to take out the transaction and you better not charge me a late fee.  I have a NEW DEBIT card ending in 1094 USBANK
    I paid 2 months bills in advance, or so I was told. More lies.  I cant even get any live agent to get on the phone. I cannot even send an email. Such lousy customer care.  Awful.TERESA C TIERNAN  UTAH HSN Card ending in 2209

    First most important thing is I’m trying to keep up with HSN pymts , I did do the Flex Pay and in information I entered was correct .. I don’t understand why it’s not working for HSN.
    Second as a value customer I wanted to see if you could please wave any late fees if I have any .. due to COVID19 it has been really tough these couple of months . My husband is not getting any over time which we counted on that over to pay are credit cards.. I’m working on to pay HSN in full .. please let me know what my remaining balance is .. thanks 🙏 oh also I didn’t have a phone for couple of months..

    The last time I emailed HSN for a price match I clicked on FAQs (under contact us), after that page popped up I scrolled to the bottom of the FAQ section and clicked contact us. A ‘submit your question’ page comes up – this is where I emailed about my price match.

    I have been searching for the email HSN contact and can no longer find it. Is it no longer possible to contact CS that way? I just received my order of Happy Place Floor Cleaner concentrate and the package arrived sopping wet with the cap broken on the concentrate. There was no protective packaging and the plastic cap on the concentrate is very fragile. I called and spoke with Lisa who is sending out a new order (hoping it’s packaged better) but told me I must return the wet package. I will but am frustrated to have to have to package and take this to UPS. Is it always required to return damaged items?

    I recently received an order that included a set of Connie Fung Stamps by Crafters Companion. Inside the envelope fornthe snow man stamp was an duplicate of another stamp in the set. Based on posts on Facebook this is not an isolated issue. Since the set is sold out I dont want to return and reorder. I also realize this is a crafters companion issue not an HSN issue. I would hope the resolution will be to require replacing the incorrect item with the correct one. Please let me know what HSN’s resolution plan is
