eco flow delta 3

has anybody had problems with this product every time I plug it into charge it keeps blowing my breaker. I contacted them and they said it’s not defective. I’m just wondering if anybody else has had this problem I have plugged it in every plug I have in my house and it keeps blowing my breakers. It works with plugging in the refrigerator and everything but to charge it through the wall I’m having problems with it. when I purchased this product, I didn’t think I would have to call an electrician and pay to find out what the problem is. as this is an expensive purchase.
