What is going on? I have ordered from HSN before and everything was just fine. Now today I tried ordering some Perlier Body Butter for my daughter and my order will not go through due to a problem with my account. This is beyond irritating.

    I’m sorry to hear that you had difficulties placing an order, @terpar. I don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t be able to order with us. So, we can troubleshoot more, I would recommend giving us a call at 800-933-2887 from 8am – 1am ET Sunday – Saturday.
