I am so angry right now, who needs this kind of double hockey sticks experience so I can support HSN. Gotta go scrounge up a stamp I an lick and mail my bill in because this $$$####********######************ company can not stop messing with sign on IDS and Passwords. Dont lie, you know you do it. Every time your account is not used for more than 60-90 days nothing works, go to pay the bill…ooops we dont recognize you. WHAT A PIA…you do this with every account Jcrew, Pottery barn, you make life miserable. Wonder why my credit line is sitting there at 4000.00 and unused. Well because I know what a PIA it is to use it.Leave my information alone, I do not appreciate my ID or password being messed with or deleted. Almost like you dont want to get your money on time. What snakes. I write this info down, I keep meticulous records, this is on your end And I call RICO on this . This bank is not welcome in my personal account information.

My passwords have been a problem with synchrony bank, because they have a monopoly of my company credit cards. When I called the last time, I was calling about ShopHQ issue and they were talking about my Amazon CC. They (Synchrony) can’t keep them straight. No wonder there is so much confusion.
Not HSN’s fault.
