
Dolly Parton Advance Order CD – very very delayed
I ordered the Dolly Parton CD on advance order, knowing it wouldn’t ship until until November 17th. However, I’ve gotten two notifications within the last two weeks that the CD is delayed in shipping. I called today wanting to cancel my order. I was told NO, by the CS Agent because the CD is in the “shipping” process. Not shipping to me now, but in process. I asked when I would receive it and was told December 27. Oh for crying out loud! However, HSN has already taken money from my credit card for something I don’t have. I don’t think Miss Dolly would like to hear about this.

I’m truly sorry for the delay of this CD, @aerynsun. The order was originally scheduled to arrive on 11/17 and was delayed to 11/27. I do see that we’ve requested to cancel it for you due to this delay. If we are unable to stop it during the shipping process, the CD will arrive on or before 11/27.
