I RECEIVED MY 16 PIECE DISHES AND ONE OF THE DINNER PLATES WAS BROKEN.

Oh no! I’m truly sorry that one of your plates arrived broken, @rain_girl! While I am unable to send out a single plate, I have issued a $12 partial refund to keep the set “As is.” You can also return the set for a full refund and place a new order.
