Discount not applied
I placed an order for two items with a discount code that applied to the higher priced item. That item was canceled and now the systems says I cannot use my promo code for the other item or a new order because the promo code has already been applied. How can I get the system to recognize that my promo applied to a canceled order?

I’m so sorry to hear that there’s been some trouble with our coupon. Could you let me know what the code for the coupon was? I’ll see if I can reset the coupon for you, or if I could add the coupon in another way. We’ll get this fixed one way or another.

I had the same issue with a coupon code. Used it, then cancelled the order. Called CS and within an hour or so, the coupon was reinstated for my use. Hope this helps.
