Denied Flexpay
I was denied flexpay after they took my money from my account. I called customer service and the operator asked me to hold while she had her supervisor release my funds back to me.. Which never happened. I asked her multiple times why would they take my money and then deny me.. She said she did not have an answer for me and that it happened all the time.
Still have not received my money and have not received one answer to my requests.
I will be reporting to BBB..
Worst customer service!!!

I really am sorry for this delayed response, @jessicalynn04. I took a loot at the orders in question and see that our system had automatically sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorizations on your account, where we didn’t have to manually request one.
All of our FlexPay orders may be subject to credit verification by HSN. The FlexPay eligibility process is not started until an order is processed. I understand that this is certainly an inconvenience and appreciate your feedback regarding this process.
