Denied flex pay but still took my money!!!
I placed an order for a Nintendo switch lite. I was denied flex pay but you took $99 out of my bank account anyway. I want my money credited to me account now!

I’m sorry for the concern this has caused, @pazpaz6. When an order is first submitted, the cost of the order (or the first FlexPay installment) is immediately set aside from the balance of your card. We have already sent in for the Reverse Authorization and it is in Pending status with your financial institution.
I would like to clarify that no money has been sent to us for this order. Money is only sent to us once an order ships out. It is your bank holding the funds at this time. I recommend reaching out to your card issuer to see how long they will hold the funds.
