Denied flex pay but still charged.
I should’ve done my research before going with Hsn. I tried to buy 2 computers and was denied flex pay. No big deal. What is a big deal is the $550 that is still missing from my bank account. I was very patient and waited the 7 days. Nothing. Today is the 8th day and I’m pretty sure I will have to open a dispute.
Even if I was approved for flex pay in the future, I will never use Hsn for anything ever again.

Same thing happened to me, I really have to laugh at their responses… “you might be eligible in the future”, like anyone that this has happened to would ever chance buying from you again. If I treated our customers this way, we wouldn’t be in business. I guess they have a big pool of idiots to get sales from if this is happening and they come back.

I really am sorry to hear that your order has been canceled @schnarman. Please know that this does not mean you will not be able to utilize FlexPay on your future orders. The authorization on your account has expired. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds process.
