Delivery
TV/DVD player delivered in box showing the product. Why wasn’t it placed in a box that did not advertise its contents? The package could have been stolen due to the contents description on display. Now I will have to paper wrap the box so that it does not get stolen enroute back to HSN.
Careless on HSN’s part and more work for the customer.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused, @nieves1! Some of our items, especially those that are shipped directly by the vendor, may be delivered in the manufacturer’s containers to minimize packaging. However, I do understand your disappointment and have shared your feedback with the relevant team.
