Why does shipping and delivery take so long with HSN? One item I ordered is not going to be delivered until 10/30

I greatly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you but it looks like the order was placed while on extended delivery because the quantity was not available. Which goes beyond our normal 7 to 10 business days. It’s possible for the order to be delivered before the 30th; due to the order being ready for shipment. Please keep an eye out for the email shipping confirmation.
