delivery that was cancelled?
I cancelled the Beekmans soap by telephone up until my last order. I then received an email to check my order status. Lo and behold i was SURPRISED to see the soap was on its way to me. How can this be?

I cancelled the soap order right before my last deliverable order. I know what I heard. this is something that is happening to others that claim they cancelled their orders and yet was still delivered including my own daughter on qvc.

Hi @ellie52. I really am sorry to see that you order wasn’t canceled. I took a look at your account and don’t see where there was an attempt to cancel this order, but I do see that an order for the Beekman 1802 Arcadia Hand Wash & Lotion Caddy Set was canceled.
