
Delivery Issue/Concern
I am bringing my delivery issue/concern to your HSN. A few of my packages were marked as delivered however there wasn’t a tracking number provided and the packages were delivered to an incorrect address.

I apologize that you haven’t received some of your packages, @tobi12. I understand your concern and would be happy to look into this issue for you. After reviewing your account, I noticed that all of the orders you’ve placed on our website this year have been shipped to an address in Virginia Beach, rather than the address we have on file for you. Can you confirm if this is the correct shipping address?
