Delivery inconsistences..
On 1/24/25, I purchased a few items from Antthony and Nina Leonard. The Antthony items are being delivered today, and the Nina items are still in packaging. I have a problem with this situation as this means all the items are being sent in separate packages. That means that if I want to return something from Antthony and also from Nina, I will have to pay for 2 separate return fees. Also, how can one vendor be so timely and the other be so lax? On many levels this is so wrong.

I’m here to complain that all my orders are in one box — large box, smaller boxes, more little boxes. It’s like Matryoshka dolls. Boxes in boxes in boxes.
I was told that everything needs to be returned separately. Go figure.-

Yes, I do see that item is still waiting to ship. I’m sorry that it has not yet been received. Please allow 3-7 business days from purchase date to receive orders.

Hello! I’m sorry that you will be receiving your items at different times. All items, even if ordered at the same time, are subject to ship separately. However, I did check and both of those items are able to be returned together. If you choose to return both items, they can be sent back in the same package and you will be charged only one return fee. Just please make sure to put both invoices inside the package for the warehouse.
