Delivery date today and item still says packaging

Hello,
My delivery date is for today and my item still says in packaging. I ordered two days ago, paid an extra $23 for rush delivery, my order was processed very quickly but now I am stuck in packaging limbo. I checked the site and it says if you did rush delivery your item will ship within 24 hours of it being processed. It was processed two days ago. Help please!
