Delivered but not arrived

Hello, my estimated date for delivery was 4/10. So i was very excited when i seen my oder was arriving early.4/6.when my ups delivery person arrived this morning i greeted him and received packages from from other vendorsi ordered but nothing from hsn. I asked if there was anything else, they said no. Shortly after my tracking status was changed to delivered. The package im waiting on is large and heavy so i ruled out porch pirates i checked with neighbors. And one has ring doorbell. It shows nothing out of ordinary. I currently have covid not alot of energy to speak or deal with. I truly love hsn hope this can be tooken care of.
