Delayed shipping
Ordered a Roomba on April 14th. Did not ship until April 22nd from Morgan Township, New Jersey. Checked each day and it is still in New Jersey. Was supposed to arrive in Los Angeles April 23rd. UPS ground says delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Called HSN and all they did was repeat the same message. Out of their control. Why can’t we know what the problem is? Certainly somebody knows what the issue is and are not saying. Are they backed up with deliveries? Was a Train derailed? Was the warehouse destroyed by a fire? Are employees of the warehouse sick with coronavirus? Why is nothing leaving New Jersey? I would like to know because they made sure to charge my credit card for an item that doesn’t seem to be coming.

I truly apologize for the delay @catladyinca. We’re currently experiencing some delivery delays. Delivery companies are working hard to get packages to customers. We know how frustrating it can be and thank you for your patience.
