Delayed Package
Hello C.S.,
I placed an order on 5/22/22 and that has yet to arrive. I checked with the post office via tracking number and they haven’t received the package yet. It was in Carrollton, TX on the 5/28/22 and USPS is still awaiting for the package. Could you please look into this for me? I appreciate any and all help regarding this matter. Thank you!

Oh no! I’m so sorry that your order hasn’t arrived, @poochers1! I agree, it should have been received. After reviewing the tracking through UPS Mail Innovations, I see that the order was received at the post office on 6/3. It should have been delivered to you by now, however, they may just be a little behind. If you still don’t receive it by the end of the day on Monday, please let us know and we’ll review our options at that time.
