Can you please waive return shipping on item #690-829?
The product crumbles whether I use my finger or brush, it’s just a mess.Totally bummed as I really liked it.It’s just not usable.
It’s definitely defective, and it’s sold out so I can’t request a new one.Thanks for your time looking into this matter.

I’m so sorry about that @jmc1365. I took care of the ez return label. You can go ahead and return the palette for a full refund. I also forwarded a concern to the appropriate department.
